Kingfisher gets 1 night in and then abandons the river for another week!

I spent Wednesday night on the river in good conditions but didn't see or hear any fish! I spent all day until 3 pm on Thursday with my camera and got some good kingfisher, gooseander and heron shots but then the rain came! The wind got up and the heavens opened and I was forced to abandon my trip completely! Shame but that's the way it sometimes goes!
