Latest news from the river?
As far as I am aware Martin is spending a few days on the river this week so it will be interesting to get his report! Water levels are low and there are reports of algae! Watch this space!
sent 3 nights on the river fished 2 nights both nights was windy saw a few fish jumping at the head crewil pool. i had a good take on the first night it was a seatrout take. but it was very slow last night the river as changed this year the cattle drink as a beach back now like 25 years ago.the river is ok to fish at the mo not much algae you can see the pebbles on the bottom and not the green shit like last year we need some rain now to give it a good flush out
