I am cycling 50 miles for the British Heart Foundation!

On 25th August I am cycling 50 miles to raise money for the BHF.

    It was meant to be but I have changed my mind for logistical reasons. Instead we are doing a circuit that never takes me any further than 10 miles from Worcester Royal Hospital! Can't take any chances, plumbing might blow!
